1. Zero-logs principle

RunoVPN follows a strict zero-logs policy. We do not collect or store:

• User IP addresses
• Browsing history
• DNS queries
• Amount of traffic transferred
• Connection timestamps
• Information about the apps you use

This policy is confirmed by an independent Cure53 audit.

2. What data we collect

To run the service we collect only the minimum necessary data:

• Email — for sign-in and contact
• Payment data — processed by payment providers; we do not store card details
• Referral code — to credit bonuses

3. Encryption

All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3. The VLESS + Reality protocol adds an extra layer of camouflage, making VPN traffic indistinguishable from ordinary HTTPS.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell, share or disclose user data to third parties. We physically cannot hand over data about your activity, because it does not exist.

5. Jurisdiction

RunoVPN server infrastructure is hosted in jurisdictions with strong privacy laws. We are not legally required to keep logs.
