Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between RunoVPN (the “Service”) and the user (the “User”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

RunoVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service based on the VLESS + Reality protocol. The Service encrypts internet traffic and masks the user’s IP address.

3. Acceptable use

The Service is provided for lawful purposes. It may not be used for:

• Distributing malware
• Sending spam
• DDoS attacks
• Commercial-scale copyright infringement
• Any activity that breaks the law

4. Subscription and payment

The Service offers prepaid plans. Payment is accepted by bank card, SBP and cryptocurrency. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — when the term ends, access is paused.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. RunoVPN does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for losses related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes to the terms

RunoVPN may change these Terms. Users are notified of changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
