Refund terms

• Annual plan (1,599 ₽) — full refund within 30 days of payment
• 6-month plan (899 ₽) — refund within 14 days
• Monthly plan (199 ₽) — refund within 7 days

How to request a refund

1. Email support@runovpn.com with the subject “Refund”
2. Include the email linked to your account
3. We process requests within 48 hours
4. The money reaches your card within 3–10 business days

Crypto payments

Crypto payments are refunded in USDT to the wallet you specify. The rate is fixed at the time of the refund request.

Exceptions

No refund is issued if the account was blocked for violating the Terms of Service.
